Why join scouting?
Cub Scouting assists in teaching values and developing character by offering a program where boys and girls can experience value-based activities with caring leadership and family support.
How do I sign my son up for scouting?

How old (or young) can my child be to join Cub Scouting?
Cub Scouting is for boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grades, or 6 to 10 years of age. Boys and girls who are older than 10, or who have completed the 5th grade, can no longer join Cub Scouting, but they may be eligible to join the Boy Scouting or Venturing program.
Will scouting fit into my family’s busy schedule?
We have several scouts that participate in select baseball, soccer, football, and many other activities in addition to scouting.
What is the time commitment?
Scouting, on average, requires one hour a week. Each den is unique and leaders handle the time commitment differently. Scouts do not necessarily have to meet every week.
How much does joining scouting cost?
Annual fees for Cub Scouts are $150 to join our pack.
How much do the uniform/materials cost?
The cost will vary but will generally run ~$75. The cost includes a short sleeve shirt, neckerchief and slide, various patches, belts. Handbooks cost $24. Other items such as caps, shorts, and pants are optional.

What does your pack do?
Each school year, our pack typically does the following activities as a pack:
- Fall and Spring Campouts.
- Pinewood Derby
- Blue and Gold Banquet
- Summertime activities like Raingutter Regatta, Water balloon baseball, etc.
- We participate in numerous service projects to give back to the community
